Best units to ask

Ask first for 2-bedroom or practical dual-key options if available with efficient usable space. For rental, compare smallest practical layout against maintenance fee and furnishing budget. For own stay, prioritise quieter facing, parking convenience and future family needs over the cheapest unit only.
